Referrer Incentive – 1000 Miles Free

1000 free miles added to the account of the customer which can be used to reduce existing over mileage otherwise charged or to be kept on account and utilised throughout the remainder of the rental period and to be deducted from overall mileage consumption.

Terms & Conditions

By taking advantage of our Referral Scheme offer you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer applies to all existing customers and new qualifying customers referred by an existing customer only.
2. A new customer is a customer who has not rented a vehicle from Rapid in the last 6 months.
3. 1000 miles is a one-off provision and does not reset weekly, monthly or annually.
4. The offer is subject to a new qualifying customer entering into a rental with a minimum rental period of 4 weeks referred by an existing customer.
5. Any new customer who takes advantage of the offer and that does not complete their 4-week minimum rental period or has their rental terminated by Rapid Vehicle Management Limited for contractual breaches shall be charged at a rate of £0.20p per mile for over mileage consumed above and beyond the standard contractual mileage of 800 miles per week
6. In the event of clause 3 the offer shall be null and void for the existing customer “Referrer” also and the 1000 free miles shall be removed from their account, or if consumed shall be charged at a rate of £0.20p per mile.
7. The offer can be withdrawn from any individual customer who does not comply with the terms and conditions of the rental vehicle, including, nonpayment or late payment of rent.
8. There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
9. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
10. The offer cannot be exchanged for credit of monetary value.
11. Unused gifted mileage cannot be transferred to other customers and will expire at the end of the rental.
12. Gifted mileage can be transferred to a new vehicle if the customer is required to swap for maintenance reasons or chooses to change vehicle.
13. Rapid Vehicle Management Limited reserves the right to pause or remove this offer at its own discretion.
