Who Can Hire a PCO Car in London?
If you hold a valid PCO licence and are ready to drive with Uber, Bolt, Ola, or other ride-hailing and delivery platforms, you can rent a PCO vehicle with us. New drivers are welcome – our team will help with the paperwork so you can get started quickly on the roads.
Are tyres and windscreens covered?
At Rapid PCO, we ensure your car rental is maintained to manufacturer’s standards from start to finish. We organise all routine servicing and maintenance, including arranging MOTs and replacing worn-out tyres. You are responsible, however, for repairing or replacing tyres after punctures.
What happens if I receive a PCN?
If a penalty charge notice is received whilst you are renting the vehicle, we shall attempt to transfer liability of the charge notice to you. Where this is not possible, for example a bus lane contravention, we will charge you the full value. This does not affect your right to challenge the contravention but mitigates the cost from increasing. We will also charge a £20 penalty charge processing fee for each charge notice received and processed.
How much is my deposit?
Our deposits start from as low as £25. In general, a deposit on a Rapid PCO car hire ranges from £350-500 plus an additional week’s hire in advance.
Is my deposit refundable?
At Rapid PCO, we understand that sometimes a car rental may not meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your PCO car hire, we will do our best to find you a more suitable vehicle or refund your deposit in full.
What is the minimum hire contract?

Can I use my own insurance cover?
At Rapid PCO, we offer customisable PCO rental packages with insurance included as standard to benefit PCO London drivers. As such, you are not permitted to use your own personal private car insurance in conjunction with any PCO car rental.
Do you have a mileage restriction?
All our PCO car rental packages come with 1000 miles per week mileage allowance. Gone over your mileage allowance for the week? Rapid PCO has you covered with a small over mileage charge of 20p per mile.
